Solaya was founded by three people with one shared goal: to transform the wellness industry in Vietnam. We're operators ourselves. That means we've started, run, and grown businesses on the ground, and we bring that experience to everything we touch. We build new ventures, invest in brands we believe in, and offer our expertise to the ones we want to grow with.

A joint venture with Immortals Pte. Ltd., bringing on-demand 24/7 fitness pods to one of Asia's fastest-growing cities. Pod 1 is live in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The roadmap targets five pods by end of 2025, with a path to twenty across Vietnam by 2026.

Dominic leads how Solaya shows up in the world. He builds the partnerships, sets the brand direction, runs the marketing, and owns the technology stack across the collective. Equal parts strategist and operator, he's the one who turns conversations into ventures and ventures into momentum.
Katty runs the engine room. She operates multiple businesses on the ground in Vietnam and brings that operator's eye to everything Solaya touches, pressure-testing every idea before a single resource is committed. She is also our trusted local liaison, navigating the realities of doing business in Vietnam alongside our partners.
Minh Quang holds the structural backbone of Solaya. He drafts the agreements, structures the partnerships, and runs compliance across the collective. His instinct is to protect, not just for us, but for every partner who signs alongside us. Every Solaya deal goes through his hands first.
